There are digital photos for each of the following types; dorsal habitus
view only. Nearly all of these images
were taken through a microscope with a digital camera and are not the
highest quality, but they do present a
comparative image to help with identifications. The last two taxa on the list
were taken by Steve Valley,
Oregon Dept. of Agriculture, Salem and are of very high quality, well above
what I could muster with a small
digital camera through a microscope with minimal lighting in the CAS type room.
As you can see, the list below is not alphabetical but sequential by type
number. Taxa are in their original
combinations and all images are of holotypes unless otherwise noted.
